Junior Accountant / Junior Controller - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Junior Accountant / Junior Controller to support day-to-day financial operations and work closely with the Financial Controller and CFO. This is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to SaaS-style revenue models, client fund reconciliations, and crypto-related transactions.

In Short

• Full-Time position supporting financial operations
• Work closely with Financial Controller and CFO
• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Conduct client banking reconciliations
• Track accounts payable and maintain general ledger entries
• Support revenue recognition and monitor accounts receivable
• Assist in financial reporting and compliance
• Help with budgeting and forecasting
• Assist in cloud-based accounting system maintenance
• Remote work with a commitment to the Bahamas time zone

Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Clear communication skills
• Comfortable in a tech-driven environment
