Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, and deal underwriting.
• Ability to model single-asset real estate transactions and structured capital stacks.
• Financial intuition and commercial common sense.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Full availability during CET working hours.
