The Senior Accountant or Junior Controller is a senior level role accountable for full cycle accounting within a complex corporate environment, requiring an experienced accounting professional with strong general ledger ownership and month end close expertise.

• Own full cycle accounting activities including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and month end close.
• Prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis, and analyze complex financial data.

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Accounting or similar.
• 5 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a mid to senior level accounting role.
• Required experience in a mid-to-large company.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• This is a hybrid role with time allocated within a WM Office environment and a remote office environment.
• The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $101,000 - $106,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Accounting.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
