A rapidly growing international digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Client Success Manager. The agency specializes in delivering ready-to-buy leads to clients in the demolition, land clearing, and excavation sectors primarily across the United States.

In Short

  • Engage with pre-qualified warm leads; no cold sourcing.
  • Conduct discovery and closing calls with business owners.
  • Manage follow-ups, no-shows, and CRM updates.
  • Work with marketing to provide lead quality feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics.
  • Participate in daily check-ins with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine offers and sales approaches.
  • Working hours are from 15:00 to 00:00 SAST to accommodate U.S. time zones.

Requirements

  • Experienced in sales, preferably in a high-ticket or service-based environment.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to close warm leads.
  • Experience managing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Understanding of paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is essential.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, mature, and confident personality.
  • Able to work flexible hours (approx. 3 PM to 12 AM SAST) to service international clients.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.
