Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation or customer-facing roles.
  • 1+ years in Customer Success Management.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Data-driven results orientation.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate difficult client situations.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing client needs.
  • Interest in the real estate industry is a plus.
