Data Configuration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Data Configuration Specialist is responsible for facilitating the development and ongoing maintenance of our Data Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) platform, ensuring operational efficiency and effective data management.

In Short

• Map source to destination files for data transformation.
• Create and manage configuration files for the ETL platform.
• Perform ongoing maintenance of platform configurations.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting for data-related issues.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and mappings.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for issue escalation.
• Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Work independently while adhering to professional standards.
• Must be willing to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM PHT.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of Agile processes.
• Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Google Suite tools.
• Must own a laptop or desktop and have a reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to work remotely from the Philippines.
• Must have a valid government ID and an existing bank account.
