Overview

The Client Success Manager at 700Credit is responsible for maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the automotive sector.

In Short

  • Manage an assigned group of clients and build strong relationships.

  • Develop strategies for customer retention and engagement.
  • Document client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Generate opportunities for cross-selling additional products.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
