Overview

As a Client Success Manager at Agendrix, you will work with the Client Success team while regularly collaborating with other internal departments and our clientele. Your role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Support existing clients and assist new clients in integrating with the platform.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction and optimal use of their accounts.
  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels including chat, phone, and email.
  • Provide feedback to the product committee based on client requests.
  • Analyze client usage and suggest improvements during support interactions.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients who need assistance.
  • Participate in quality assurance by testing new platform features and reporting bugs.
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute positively to company culture.
  • Take part in various projects based on your skills and preferences.
  • Work towards achieving the team's Objective Key Results (OKRs).

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Experience in customer support or client management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • A team player who contributes to a positive work culture.
  • Experience in training or educating clients is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement.
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance processes.
