Overview

As a Manager, Client Success at Wellhub, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our B2B clients through effective onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring successful onboarding and renewal.
  • Implement tailored customer success processes for clients.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to advocate for customer needs.
  • Design the HR experience journey for SMB clients.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks.
  • Analyze product usage data to drive customer value.
  • Lead business reviews and present impact reports.
  • Support upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Promote wellbeing and work-life balance within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven Customer Success experience in SaaS and B2B.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Intermediate English; advanced Spanish/Italian are a plus.
  • Highly analytical with customer experience management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusting client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
