Requirements

Problem-solving leader with analytical skills.
Experience managing or leading a software engineering team.

Expertise in at least two programming languages.
Proficient in SQL/NoSQL technologies.
Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers.
Knowledge of DDD, SOLID, and design patterns.
Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
