• Lead marketing data strategy in partnership with the CMO.
• Own technology and processes for capturing and activating marketing data.
• Support marketing team with translating complex data into actionable strategies.
• Conduct research initiatives and improve reports for performance monitoring.
• Manage marketing analytics team and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance on strategic projects.
• Conduct in-depth analyses for high-impact decisions.
• Share insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Work with marketing leadership to gather data requirements.
• Seek new process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in marketing analytics environments.
• Detailed knowledge of marketing platforms for various channels.
• Advanced SQL capabilities for data transformation and interrogation.
• Experience with BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex topics.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution and measurement approaches.
• Experience in designing and running experiments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on commercial aspects of data.
• Line management experience is a plus.
• Qualifications in Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics are useful.
