Overview

The Marketing Analytics Lead will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.

In Short

  • Own the data hygiene for the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, BI, Engineering, and Marketing Leadership.
  • Manage key marketing analytics processes.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team.
  • Enable marketing team self-sufficiency in data reporting.
  • Execute on marketing analytics initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Continuously monitor and improve marketing data integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker.
  • Strong proficiency in Iterable.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
