EAP Dedicated Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

The EAP Dedicated Management Consultant role at Spring Health focuses on supporting workplace services and providing management consultations to enhance mental health accessibility for employees.

In Short

• Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners.
• Respond to leadership contacts and service inquiries.
• Develop relationships with HR and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate promotional activities and communications.
• Organize employee orientations and training.
• Support critical incident response and crisis management.
• Manage case management for expatriates and Drug Free Workplace referrals.
• Complete documentation and track daily activities.
• Participate in Supplier Integration meetings.
• Complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with minimum of 5 years experience.
• EAP experience, including consultation on workplace events.
• SAP qualified preferred.
• CEAP certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated SUD experience.
• Tech savvy and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.
• Comfortable with crisis management and intervention.
• Commitment to high quality documentation.
