Overview

As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will set the strategic direction and operational rigor for Spring Health’s highest-acuity and employer-facing services, including our 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality care.

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health or crisis services.
• Experience leading 24/7 clinical operations.
• Active independent clinical license.
• Strong operational acumen and KPI management.
• Ability to lead through change in fast-scaling environments.
• Executive presence for effective customer partnerships.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Ability to balance clinical integrity with business needs.
• Willingness to travel 5–10%.
