Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in React and React Native.
• Experience in developing and using Design Systems.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams.
• Ability to architect large-scale web applications.
• Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Desire for continuous learning and self-development.
• Prior experience in team leadership and React Native is mandatory.
