Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a vital role in helping clients effectively utilize SaaS products, ensuring product adoption and satisfaction through training and support.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure product adoption and renewal.
  • Deliver on-site and webinar training for clients.
  • Analyze client product usage and suggest best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client challenges and provide solutions using our tools.
  • Leverage ChurnZero to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management team.
  • Provide technical support and guidance.
  • Assist in internal sales and product training.
  • Work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in consultative training for SaaS products.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with technical implementation of software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of legislative and policy issues (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven success in driving product adoption.
