Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer, AI to develop our flagship PolicyNote web application, focusing on enhancing user experiences and backend functionality while integrating AI capabilities.

• Develop web application functionality using Python (FastAPI) and React (Next.js).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience in the Python ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Familiar with production and Cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data storage implementations (MongoDB, Postgres, etc.).
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies is a plus.
• Technically curious and eager to learn.
