Lead Software Engineer, DevOps - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building our Developer Experience team and owning critical infrastructure and services that support engineering across the organization. You'll define best practices, shape internal guidelines, and lead efforts to improve developer workflows, tooling, and system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Solid backend engineering experience, including API design and managing distributed systems.
• Proficiency with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and pipeline tools.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and containerization tools.
• Hands-on scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability stacks.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
