• Join a driven and customer-focused team as a Client Success Manager.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for client satisfaction.
• Prospect new clients and identify key stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and implementation support for new clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients for smooth adoption.
• Engage existing clients to support renewals and partnerships.
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
• Participate in regular internal meetings.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
