Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Revenue team at StarRez, the global leader in student housing software. In this role, you will be responsible for generating pipeline and accelerating business growth, while receiving foundational training and hands-on coaching.

In Short

  • Research accounts in higher education and student property markets.
  • Craft personalized prospecting emails.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot for lead generation.
  • Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Understand StarRez products and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
  • Meet monthly goals for pipeline generation.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies.
  • Report progress to Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
