Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential opportunities and leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. This remote position is one of the first touch points for prospects and sets the tone for the remainder of the sales cycle.

In Short

• Partner with Marketing, Outside Sales, and Technical Support teams.
• Conduct account research and mapping.
• Generate interest through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
• Re-engage existing targets with no recent activity.
• Schedule meetings for the outside sales team.
• Document interactions in CRM software.
• Follow up on incoming leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
