Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be responsible for generating inbound momentum for internal real estate deals. You’ll reach out to motivated sellers, warm leads, and expired listings—acting as the first point of contact in our sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
  • Ability to follow up quickly and effectively.
  • Experience in sales or lead generation preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Go High Level.
  • Excitement for scaling a real estate portfolio.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • High accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies.
  • Ability to represent the brand professionally.
  • Experience with outbound sales is a plus.
