Salesforce Administrator - Remote

Overview

StarRez is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team and take ownership of the day-to-day configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Salesforce environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams by ensuring each stakeholder group is able to fully capitalize on the capabilities of our Salesforce instance.

In Short

• Work Location: Remote (US)
• Travel: 10% (estimation based on business needs)
• Serve as the day-to-day administrator for Salesforce supporting various teams
• Configure and maintain Salesforce automation and functionality
• Administer Salesforce CPQ and manage user setup
• Monitor system performance and address technical issues
• Maintain data accuracy through regular audits and updates
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users
• Document workflows and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with managed package evaluations
• Appreciation of well-crafted systems and data architecture
• Curiosity for system architecture
• Proficient in standard office applications
