Overview

The Legal Operations and Contracts Administrator will serve as a key member of the StarRez Legal team, responsible for administering the contract lifecycle, managing contract workflows, and implementing operational best practices across our global legal function.

• Primary administrator of the Lexion CLM system.
• Oversee and manage a global contracts administrator.
• Own the contract intake process and triage legal review requests.
• Facilitate contract execution and maintain legal intake.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly legal operations reports.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Utilize AI for efficiency in daily activities.
• Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Support general legal administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Paralegal Certification.
• 1+ years of experience in contract administration or legal operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows.
