Join us as a Legal Operations Administrator, working hybrid between your home office and our office in San Jose, Costa Rica, and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.

In Short

  • Monitor ticket handling data for the legal department and generate reports
  • Track legal department costs against budget
  • Route vendor invoices for approval and payment
  • Manage the renewal of vendor licenses and subscription services
  • Assist with legal department employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Work with various departments to ensure posted policies are kept up-to-date
  • Assist with the completion of insurance renewal applications
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a multinational corporation (legal department experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint, Asana, and ServiceNow is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of AI productivity tools
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve on processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required
