Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success Manager to join our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, take a consultative approach to account management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy benefits, and driving client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of PBM services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex accounts.

In Short

  • Responsible for the overall relationship with assigned PBM clients, managing ongoing client touchbases, contract deliverables, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and internal team members regarding ongoing pharmacy operations.
  • Initial point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries and leads client meetings.
  • Partner with Implementation team during new client implementations for seamless transitions.
  • Gather client requirements for annual open enrollment processes.
  • Participate in client webinars and training sessions.
  • Identify trends and work with operations to take preventative measures.
  • Ensure all requirements and deliverables are met timely and accurately.
  • Support Rightway partners with interpreting plan designs and resolving inquiries.
  • Maintain understanding of industry trends and provide insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in pharmacy operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong consultative and presentation skills.
  • Solid client management skills and pharmacy benefit knowledge.
  • Effective problem-solver with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage through change.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
