Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success Manager to join our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) team. The successful candidate will own the complete client journey from initial PBM implementation through ongoing relationship management and growth.

In Short

  • Responsible for the overall relationship with assigned PBM clients.
  • Develop custom implementation timelines and project plans based on client needs.
  • Manage data migration processes.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients regarding ongoing pharmacy operations.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all operational inquiries.
  • Gather client requirements for annual open enrollment process.
  • Participate in client webinars and training.
  • Identify trends within issues and work with operations.
  • Support standardization across accounts.
  • Provide ongoing support to Rightway partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years in PBM operations, implementations, and account management.
  • Detail-oriented, consultative, and excellent communication skills.
  • Solid client management skills and pharmacy benefit knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage through change.
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation tools.
