Overview

The Senior Client Success Manager (‘CSM’) is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, entrepreneurial team within our Insurance LOB. This business unit is powered by an industry-leading software platform and backed by Agero, a market leader with decades of experience serving the automotive services industry.

In Short

  • Manage daily client-facing activities for assigned vertical markets.
  • Responsible for management and expansion of Insurance partnerships.
  • Lead relationship sustainability and service excellence.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Deliver business reviews and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Guide clients towards best practices for improved outcomes.
  • Organize multiple account management projects simultaneously.
  • Lead strategic projects and service agreement negotiations.
  • Prepare agendas and lead presentations for client meetings.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking in managing customer issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on role with Enterprise Customers.
  • Advanced knowledge of the auto physical damage claim process.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and profitability.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Teamwork mentality and experience in a virtual environment.
  • Analytical skills for program performance insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
