Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative for Roadside Assistance will provide support to customers experiencing vehicle emergencies, ensuring they feel safe and supported while dispatching service providers.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers in roadside emergencies.
  • Provide calm, empathetic support and dispatch service providers.
  • Handle high-volume calls and gather essential details.
  • Coordinate with service providers for accurate dispatch.
  • Utilize multiple web-based systems and tools.
  • Work remotely from home after initial onboarding.
  • Full-time PM shifts available.
  • Starting pay of $16.25 per hour with bonuses.
  • Must reside in specific states (AL, AZ, FL, GA, MS, TN, VA).
  • Training is conducted online via Zoom.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage high-stress situations with empathy.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and digital tools.
  • Must provide own equipment and meet technical requirements.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts.
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual environment.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • Must be located in one of the specified states.
