Overview

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to provide customer support in Roadside Assistance, helping customers during vehicle emergencies with empathy and efficiency.

In Short

  • Handle inbound calls for roadside assistance.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
  • Technical proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace and required equipment.
  • Open availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality is valued.
  • Commitment to 100% attendance during training.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
