Client Success Senior Manager - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Client Success Senior Manager for our Client Success Team in the US. This employee will assist with supporting the West Coast. This is a Remote – US position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country.

In Short

• Own the client relationship for a portfolio of large accounts throughout the client lifecycle.
• Ensure a trusting relationship with HR contracts.
• Understand clients' objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Renew, expand, and renegotiate contracts annually.
• Negotiate increases in enterprise revenue and membership fees.
• Plan client launch and ongoing strategic relaunch events.
• Present best practice workflows and suggest member growth strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver on client and company goals.
• Analyze client data to develop tailored communication strategies.
• Provide product feedback to product management.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years experience in a client-facing position.
• Strong negotiator with contract negotiation experience.
• Dynamic leader with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple clients/projects.
