Requirements

  • Experience in wholesale or multi-brand retail.
  • Extensive background in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS and retail.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to drive retention and customer engagement.
  • Experience in managing project implementation across stakeholders.
