Overview

As a UX Project Coordinator, you will support our UX team in delivering key initiatives and projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Oversee project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Act as a key point of contact between marketing stakeholders and creative/production teams.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, project management, or marketing operations.
• Collaboration with creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, or Jira.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in creative services or content production workflows is a bonus.
