Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary leader to execute all components of the State Institute Alternative (SIA) Program provided to the State of Kansas, managing contractual obligations and reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer.

In Short

• Monitors program development to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Researches and disseminates community resource information.
• Receives and processes State Hospital referrals.
• Tracks and monitors data for SIA referrals.
• Coordinates care with CMHCs/CCBHCs.
• Prepares and submits data reports to stakeholders.
• Plans and provides training to SIA facilities.
• Develops methods for gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Attends stakeholder meetings with KDADS.
• Promotes a positive image of HealthSource in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field.
• Two years of experience in client-related services.
• Program management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service skills.
• Basic computer fluency and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to learn and use new technologies.
• Must complete required background checks.
