Overview

The Crisis Support Specialist provides crisis and suicide intervention, brief supportive counseling, care coordination, and information and referral services over the phone and via text/chat for individuals, families, and agencies seeking assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in person-centered support services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with technology and software programs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports.
  • Must pass background checks.
