Overview

The Evaluate Project Coordinator & Administrative Assistant provides internal project coordination, portfolio evaluation support, financial tracking, and senior-level administrative assistance for the Evaluate portfolio. This role focuses exclusively on internal initiatives and operations, supporting portfolio execution, leadership decision-making, and day-to-day administrative continuity.

In Short

  • Coordinate projects and initiatives within the Evaluate portfolio.
  • Maintain portfolio-level schedules, status trackers, and action-item logs.
  • Provide senior-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Prepare leadership-ready summaries.
  • Maintain portfolio SOPs, templates, and documentation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolio initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and reconciling budget reports and financial documentation.
  • Support internal communication efforts by drafting updates, presentations, and status reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience supporting projects, portfolio operations, and administrative functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
