Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years of experience with global clients.
  • Experience in customer success or account servicing.
  • Proven retention results through client success engagements.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Innovative thinker and problem solver.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Sound IT skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Ownership mindset and eagerness to learn.
