Overview

The Client Success Senior Manager is responsible for driving the successful adoption and utilization of the Omni marketing platform among clients and agency partners, ensuring outstanding onboarding experiences and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Drive adoption and value generation from the Omni platform.
  • Ensure outstanding onboarding experiences for clients.
  • Train clients on tools and best practices.
  • Provide customized solutions through the Omni platform.
  • Serve as the central contact for client success projects.
  • Define and maintain marketing workflows within Omni.
  • Track client satisfaction and success KPIs.
  • Gather client feedback for product improvement.
  • Support talent activities within the Client Success team.
  • Foster client advocacy around Omni successes.

Requirements

  • Experience in client success or account management in marketing technology.
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset for tracking success metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with training clients on marketing tools.
  • Ability to problem solve and make independent decisions.
  • Experience working with multi-geographical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
