In Short

• Provide world class client servicing to our clients
• Manage expectations and communication lines between internal and external stakeholders
• Test the Traydstream platform for new features or modified functions
• Measure, monitor and record data related to client’s transaction efficiency
• Manage client process checklists and action plans
• Planning the project for assigned client implementations
• Ensuring delivery of new products or services on time and within budget
• Managing dependencies and interfaces including 3rd party partners
• Support client communications during the Project Implementation Phase

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years operating as a Business Project Manager in financial services
• Practical knowledge of project management techniques
• Hands-on experience of creating high-quality project plans
• Ability to communicate analysis outcomes effectively
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Strong Understanding of Data Collection & Analysis Techniques
• Basic understanding of Technology concepts
• Involved in Automation/ Digitization of Trade Processing
