  • Accountable for the retention, growth, and overall success of assigned clients.
  • Experience in a revenue role within SaaS, Martech, or Agency environments.
  • Strategic leader with a passion for creativity and connectivity.
  • Goal-oriented based on net revenue retention.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams for customer success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
  • 5+ years in account management or customer success roles.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic account management or customer success role.
  • Strong experience in building pipeline and forecasting renewals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative experience with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor for customers.
  • Proven success in building relationships with key stakeholders.
