Overview

The Account Director, Platform Partnerships will manage and strengthen strategic relationships with leading social platforms, driving business growth through API integrations and partner enablement.

In Short

  • Lead executive-level negotiations with key strategic platform partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for revenue-driving platform partners.
  • Develop customized success and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful partnership execution.
  • Serve as the “Voice of the Customer” to drive alignment.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives and events.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners.
  • Partner with Services and Strategy departments for cohesive experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Travel required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value platform relationships.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience influencing product and marketing teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Comfortable representing the company at industry events.
  • Experience with co-marketing initiatives is a plus.
  • Travel required.
