  • 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven track record in proactive sourcing.
  • Deep understanding of employment legislation.
  • Super-admin experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent relationship skills with executives.
  • Collaborative leadership style.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities.
