• Responsible for contributing to strategic planning and development of success metrics for the TA function.
• Build innovative and inclusive recruitment strategy for the APJ Region.
• Lead, develop and manage a team of Managers, Recruiters and Coordinators.
• Build strategic relationships with senior business leaders and key internal stakeholders.
• Establish goals using data to measure performance and impact.
• Empower a data-oriented team using analytics for strategic decision making.
• Deliver on established goals, OKR’s, and SLA’s to impact overall success.

Requirements

• 12+ years of talent acquisition experience in technology industry in the APJ Region.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of recruiters/sourcers.
• Demonstrated ability devising and leading talent strategies in a fast-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of establishing relationships within HR and senior business leaders.
• Expert industry knowledge of labor markets and local labor laws in APJ Region.
• Experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Extraordinary presentation and communication skills.
• Global recruiting experience in APJ Region, ideally in India, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Thailand.
