Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing a talent acquisition function from a Series B to a scale-up Phase.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and technologies.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment metrics.
