Overview

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Certify, you will own the strategy and delivery of the infrastructure layers that power our provider data management ecosystem, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

• Define and drive the Shared Services roadmap
• Prioritize initiatives across Shared Services Pod
• Oversee top-level schema design and data quality
• Lead efforts on rules engine configuration and monitoring
• Manage OAuth2/SAML integrations and security vulnerabilities
• Maintain the reporting data store data model
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams
• Establish key metrics for service performance
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, 3+ years in backend/platform products
• Experience with API-first frameworks and core services
• Technical fluency in microservices and authentication
• Familiarity with SQL for reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate infrastructure needs into roadmaps
