Overview

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Rad AI, you’ll lead the definition and execution of our most technically complex initiatives—those that sit at the intersection of AI, healthcare & radiology workflows, and deep system integrations.

In Short

• Lead product strategy and development for critical platform integrations with RIS, PACS, and EHR systems.
• Translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into technical product specifications and delivery plans.
• Drive alignment between cross-functional teams on technical architecture, workflow impact, and customer rollout strategies.
• Collaborate directly with healthcare IT teams, radiologists, and implementation leads.
• Own the success of your product area through rigorous prioritization and clear documentation.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and product health indicators.
• Contribute to Rad AI’s broader platform strategy.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulatory considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in healthcare or enterprise software.
• Deep experience in healthcare integrations.
• Hands-on mindset for technical specifications and integration flows.
• Excellent communicator for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused with empathy for radiologists and healthcare IT teams.
• Dynamic in fast-paced environments.
