Senior Technical Product Manager - Remote

Overview

This candidate will join the LivePerson Platform Product team and be responsible for Third Party Messaging Channels, including Outbound and Email. This is a highly strategic area, handling the key email channel and outbound of millions of messages between brands and their customers efficiently. Our goal is to ensure seamless, intelligent, and scalable message delivery to enhance customer interactions.

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Third Party Messaging Channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of API and messaging systems.
• Proven ability to drive product strategy in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus.
