In Short

• Drive product enhancements through monitoring and optimization.
• Collect and evaluate user feedback from veterinary clinics and pet parents.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to improve customer experiences.
• Build out product documentation to align teams.
• Manage low to mid-level feature developments with QA testing.
• Educate internal teams on new product features.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree with project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a product role.
• Attention to detail and high-quality output.
• Strong communication skills for consensus building.
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analytics platforms preferred.
