Overview

As a Manager, Client Onboarding and Implementation at Vetcove, you will lead the strategy and execution of onboarding for veterinary clinics, ensuring a seamless implementation experience and long-term success.

• Lead and mentor a team of Onboarding Specialists.
• Own the implementation strategy and lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years managing software implementation projects.
• Experience in a people management role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Experience in healthcare or medical environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 10-15%).
