Overview

The Client Implementation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate all activities throughout the client’s onboarding experience, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing project management role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of improvement methodologies and data analytics.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Ability to prioritize competing client needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer experience focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
